\noindent The third Korea-China-Japan International Syposium on Ring Theory will be held on June 29--July 2, Tuesday through Friday, 1999, at Kyungpook National University, Taegu, Korea, to contribute to the development of ring theory and to strengthen the ties of friendship between ring theorists of Korea, China and Japan.  Some experts of other countries will be expected to attend the symposium.
