We are in the final stages of contracting with Birkhauser to
publish the Proceedings of the Third Korea-China-Japan
International Symposium on Ring Theory.  The volume will
be around 400 pages.  All participants are "encouraged" to
submit a hight quality original research paper of approximately
10 pages.  The original research papers should contain proofs
of results and should not be only an announcement of results
nor should they be submitted for publication elsewhere.  All
papers will be peer-reviewed according to standard refereeing
procedures.  The guideline will be attached with this
announcement.  The deadline for submission is September 10,
1999.
The volume of the Proceedings will be offered at at a discounted
prepublication price of approximately 45 US dollars to conference
participants.  The regular price (undiscounted) price will be around
80 US dollars.  Conference particiapants can order the volume for
