                   ALGEBRA - REPRESENTATION THEORY

Dear colleagues,

We have now talked to the owners of the hotels in Constanta again and they
are not willing to keep any rooms free for us after April 1 if we do not
make definite reservations. This is because August is the main tourist
season and the hotels will be full anyway. However, in order to make
definite reservations we need your pre-registration and your down payment.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT SEND US THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM
AND THE DOWN PAYMENT UNTIL APRIL 1 WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE A
RESERVATION FOR YOU AND YOU WILL THEN PROBABLY NOT BE ABLE TO GET A HOTEL
ROOM IN CONSTANTA SINCE ALL THE HOTELS WILL BE BOOKED OUT VERY SOON

Please fill in the pre-registration form enclosed in this e-mail, and
deposit a down payment on the hotel costs of US$ 100 or Euro 100 (US$
50 or Euro 50 for student dormitories) in one of the following accounts:

     Universitaet Stuttgart
     Mathematisches Institut B/3
     Pfaffenwaldring 57

     Payable to: K. W. Roggenkamp

Euro: Please make a transfer or money order in Euro to the following

      account:

Or send your cheque in Euro to:

      Payable to: K. W. Roggenkamp

This down payment is required for reserving the hotel room and will be
credited to your final bill. It has to be paid by April 1, 2000,
otherwise we will not be able to ensure that you get a room.

PLEASE NOTE: In case you are one of the organizers or the main
speakers of the workshop and/or the conference or you have already sent us
a pre-registration you do not need to fill in the form.
