Announcement of putting off
the 4th China-Japan-Korea International Symposium on Ring Theory
till next year
Dear Colleague:
THE FOURTH CHINA-JAPAN-KOREA INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON RING THEORY
was originally planned to take place from June 24 to June 28, 2003,
in Southeast University, Nanjing, China.
Recently, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) has been reported in Asia, North America and Europe.
Scientists are now working on tracking the Treatment for SARS.
Although some progresses in anti-SARS campaign have been made,
no "effective treatment" is available yet for SARS.
It looks like it will take a certain time to control SARS.
Some possible attendants for the conference are now worrying
about the danger of the Respiratory Illness.
Due to the above-mentioned reason, we have to
postpone the conference for one year.
The conference will take place from June 24 to June 28, 2004,
in Southeast University, Nanjing, China.
We hope that SARS will be controlled soon
and the participants for the conference will feel free and pleasant in June 2004.
Looking forward to seeing you in Nanjing next year.
